• Obtain your wedding license
Two to Four Weeks:
• If your last name will be changing, look into filling documents and making a newspaper announcement if it is deemed necessary
• Confirm all your Honeymoon bookings
• Schedule a final bridal gown fitting if necessary
• Speak with your musicians or DJ to decide on songs and dancing you want at the wedding reception
• Give the caterer your final guest count and create a seating plan
One to Two Weeks:
• Confirm everything again! Make sure your vendors and wedding participants are on the same page and timeline as you. Go through your list again to find items you’ve forgotten or put off
• If you do not have a Wedding Coordinator, arrange for someone run all the practical details at the ceremony and reception, including picking up the wedding gifts after the reception
• Make sure the groom picks up his tuxedo and accessories at least a week before and has any adjustments made

The Day before the Wedding:

The Wedding Day

After The Wedding

• Arrange for your bridal gown to be cleaned and wrapped so that it can be enjoyed for a lifetime
