The Miniature Pony and Animal Farm
The Miniature Pony and Animal Farm is a place that your whole family will enjoy. It is located at Dartmoor National Park which is a short distance away from the Devon cottages. The farm is clean and fun and here the kids will get the chance to touch and even hug the different animals. There are more than 150 animals in the farm which includes miniature Shetland ponies and Mediterranean miniature donkeys. Aside from these mini animals, there are also ducks, chickens and peacocks that are just walking everywhere. You will really enjoy watching all these animals as they walk around the farm. The children are allowed to ride the small ponies and donkeys. There are other attractions at the farm which include an indoor soft play area and the Little Foals Play Park which is designed for the younger children. For the bigger ones including the adults, the Dartmoor Castle can also be found at the Dartmoor National Park. You will also find an outdoor adventure play area and the Fort Beverley, an indoor play area for the older kids.
